How to get answers, support, and staff assistance on CubedWorlds.

Ask-the-Cubes channel in discord (Community Help)

Your first stop for quick questions.

Ask-the-Cubes is a public channel in our Discord where players help each other with:

  • Modpack questions

  • Server features

  • Gameplay tips

  • “How do I do this?” type questions

This is the fastest way to get help for non-urgent issues, and it’s a great place to learn from other experienced players.

If your question doesn’t require staff access or private info, Ask-the-Cubes is the best place to start.

Tickets & Support (Staff Help)

For issues that require staff assistance, CubedWorlds uses a ticket system in Discord.

When should I open a ticket?

Open a support ticket for:

  • Bugs or broken features

  • Connection or crash issues

  • Stuck characters or world issues

  • Store or donation support

  • Anything that requires staff intervention

How to Open a Ticket

1️⃣ Go to the Ticket channel in Discord
2️⃣ Click one of the buttons:

  • 🎮 In-Game Support

  • 💰 Donation Support

  • General Support

3️⃣ A private ticket will be created where only you and staff can see the conversation
4️⃣ Fill out the questions provided as completely as possible

Your ticket is sent directly to staff, and we’ll assist you as soon as we can.

What to Include in a Good Support Request

Providing good details helps us fix issues faster.

Please include:

  • Modpack name (ATM9, ATM10, ATM10 To The Sky, All The Mons)

  • Which server you’re on

  • Your coordinates (if the issue is location-based)

  • A detailed description of what’s happening

  • Screenshots of the issue or error (if applicable)

For Connection or Crash Errors

If you’re having trouble connecting or your game is crashing, logs are extremely helpful.

Please include:

  • A screenshot of the error message

  • Your latest.log or crash report

How to Find Your Modpack Logs

CurseForge Launcher

1️⃣ Open CurseForge
2️⃣ Go to My Modpacks
3️⃣ Click the modpack you’re playing
4️⃣ Click the ⋮ (three dots) or Profile Options
5️⃣ Select Open Folder
6️⃣ Open the logs folder
7️⃣ Upload latest.log

  • If the game crashed, also check the crash-reports folder

Common Paths (Manual)

If you need to find them manually:

  • Windows:
    minecraft / instances / [Modpack Name] / logs

  • macOS / Linux:
    minecraft / instances / [Modpack Name] / logs

Upload the file directly in your ticket or paste it using a paste service if it’s large.

After You Submit a Ticket

  • Your ticket goes straight to the CubedWorlds staff team

  • Staff will respond as soon as possible

  • Please be patient — complex issues can take time to investigate

If your ticket is closed and you can’t find it, check:

  • The bottom of the ticket channel

  • Your Discord DMs from the ticket bot

Which Should I Use?

  • Ask-the-Cubes → Quick questions, advice, general help

  • Support Ticket → Bugs, crashes, account issues, staff-required help

Both exist to make sure you get the help you need, when you need it.
