Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing on CubedWorlds servers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Server Access and Account Requirements

Minecraft Account

You must own a legitimate, purchased copy of Minecraft Java Edition to access our servers. Cracked or pirated versions are not permitted and will result in immediate removal from the server.

Age Requirements

While we welcome players of all ages, players under 13 should have parental supervision when playing online. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's online activities and interactions.

Server Rules and Conduct

Prohibited Activities

Griefing, stealing, or destroying other players' property
Using hacks, cheats, or unauthorized modifications
Exploiting server bugs or glitches for personal gain
Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior
Sharing inappropriate content or links
Advertising other servers or services
Real money trading outside of our official store

Expected Behavior

Treat all players and staff with respect
Follow all server rules and staff instructions
Keep chat family-friendly and appropriate
Report rule violations to staff members
Respect other players' builds and property

Purchases and Virtual Goods

Rank Purchases

Ranks and virtual items purchased through our Tebex store are digital goods that enhance your gameplay experience. All purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical errors.

Ranks are tied to your Minecraft account and server
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
Purchases cannot be transferred between accounts
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in cases of technical errors or if the purchased item cannot be delivered. Refunds will not be issued for bans, server changes, or buyer's remorse. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Enforcement and Penalties

Staff Authority

Our staff members have the authority to enforce these terms and maintain server order. Staff decisions are final, though appeals can be submitted through our Discord server.

Penalties

Violations may result in:

Warnings and temporary restrictions
Temporary or permanent bans
Loss of purchased ranks or items (for serious violations)
IP bans for severe or repeated offenses

Server Availability and Changes

We strive to maintain high server uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

Server Modifications

We may update modpacks, plugins, or server configurations
Major changes will be announced in advance when possible
Player data may be affected by updates or server resets
We are not responsible for loss of in-game progress due to technical issues

Intellectual Property

CubedWorlds respects intellectual property rights. Our servers use:

Minecraft (owned by Mojang Studios/Microsoft)
ATM-9 and ATM-10 modpacks (with appropriate permissions)
Various mods and plugins (used under their respective licenses)

Players retain ownership of their original creations but grant us permission to use, modify, and display their builds as part of the server experience.

Limitation of Liability

CubedWorlds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Loss of in-game progress or virtual items
Server downtime or technical issues
Actions of other players
Third-party services (Tebex, Discord, etc.)
Any damages arising from use of our services

Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law, as our servers are hosted in Germany. Any disputes will be resolved according to German jurisdiction.

Severability
