Migration: Donator Ranks → Voucher Re-Selection (ATM10)

If you bought a rank through our store on any previous CubedWorlds servers, this migration is for you.

Core

All prior rank donations were cleared from ATM10 as part of the revamp rollout.

Then, the system:

  • Scans store history for purchases you’ve ever made
  • Detects rank packages
  • Converts the value into an in-game voucher balance
  • Lets you re-select your rank (or other store items) through the new shop flow

This gives a clean, consistent foundation while still honoring your support fairly.

When it happens

  • This migration runs on login to any standard server (Non Legacy).

How the voucher flow works

  1. Open the in-game shop and add items to your cart (including ranks)
  2. Your voucher funds are applied against the total
  3. A basket is created and a checkout link is generated
  4. You complete checkout so our systems can finalize + mark you as migrated

If your cart total is ≤ your voucher balance

  • You pay $0
  • You still complete checkout so migration completion is recorded

If your cart total is > your voucher balance

  • A checkout link is generated with a cart-specific coupon
  • The coupon deducts your voucher amount
  • You pay only the remaining difference (useful if you choose to upgrade tiers)

Why checkout is still required

Even if your total is $0, completing the checkout is what allows:

  • The system to confirm your selection
  • Apply your new rank(s) correctly
  • Mark your account as migrated under the new framework

Edge cases (handled via tickets)

If any of these apply, open a ticket:

  • Funds are missing from your voucher balance
  • You used multiple usernames historically and need help linking (System uses UUID's but just in-case)
  • You received a gifted package / manual grant (also UUID Based, but if purchased directly as a gift, you may need to also reach out to the person who gifted you the package as they more than likely recieved the voucher credit)
  • Anything looks incorrect after login
